Questions badminton coaches ask
Does STAXX need electricity or batteries?
No. It runs on gravity and the patent-pending STAXX System, guiding shuttlecocks cork-first into neat stacks. There are no motors, batteries, or power cords – take it anywhere and it works.
Does it work with both feather and synthetic shuttles?
Yes. STAXX is designed to handle both feather and synthetic (nylon) shuttlecocks equally well. The Honeycomb System guides any shuttle cork-first, regardless of material.
Which STAXX size is right for me?
STAXX 150 holds up to 175 shuttles across 13 stacks – a good fit for private badminton lessons, parent-and-kid sessions, and lower-volume drills.
STAXX 250 holds up to 300 shuttles across 23 stacks – the most popular size for school and badminton club coaches and for feeding machines such as the Knight Trainer.
STAXX 350 holds up to 400 shuttles across 33 stacks – built for high-volume badminton training and large group sessions.
Is it portable?
Yes. Every STAXX ships with a shoulder strap, so you can carry it between courts, between venues, or between sessions. It weighs less than a full racquet bag.
What comes with my order?
With a STAXX stacker, you receive the stacking box and the easily assembled stacker. With the feeder kits, you receive a multi-funnel base (13 funnels for the STAXX 150 and 23 for the STAXX 250) and an adjustable tripod.
Are there any special offers?
During our launch, every STAXX stacker order ships with a $30 CAD shipping discount and a free STAXX Scoop. Until October 31, 2026, order 2 STAXX (or a STAXX + Feeder Conversion Kit) and we’ll also include a Sweet Spot Trainer ($75 CAD value).
